At home zone, we have a way for you to keep fit while in the comfort of your own home.  We inspire and motivate people to enjoy the benefits of a healthy body and healthy mind, and it’s all thanks to our innovative virtual challenges. Join in the fun today!
Your fitness goals do not have to stop under isolation or quarantine. The game just needs to adapt a little before we get back to the great outdoors. So if you are lacking in motivation or just need a goal. We can help you stay on track while training for that marathon, cycle or just keeping your all round fitness levels. 
We can even help you increase your childrens activities or drop a few pounds. We have a challenge tailored for you. Anyone, anywhere can take part!
The way it works is easy, every 14 days we release a new series of challenges consisting of different modalities. You choose the series and level that suits you when you register. Then, you have the 14 days to finish the series, distances or challenges laid out. If you are successful, we will be awarding you with a medal for your hard work!

how it works?
Virtual challenges are a fantastic way to stay active, keep fit and earn awesome cred while you do it! It is really simple, just follow these steps.
1. Enter a challenge online
Find the challenge that suits you, then simply sign up for it. Anybody can enter, you are all welcome.
2. Follow the rules of each challenge
Challenges differ, some may allow you to complete the said distance or activity at anytime, whilst others will require you to complete a challenge or distance by a certain date to keep up with the pack.
3. Send us your evidence
At the end of it all, we will send you a reminder to upload your activities if you have not already done so. We built this platform faster than you can say lockdown, so the API to plug into your apps to make tracking easier is still coming.
For now, we need you to send us your evidence, whatever it may be through the portal. We accept screen shots, pictures, videos or anything else you can think of. We trust that you wont lie to yourself and us.
4. Earn your cred!
When you have completed a challenge we will send you your digital victory badge, medal or certificate for you to show off. Awards per challenge vary, so be sure to look into the individual challenge awards.
5. Step up your game, enter another challenge or challenge a friend
Good luck, a healthy body means a healthy mind. We will beat this together SA!
